Vic lives in Mexico and is a good friend of Enrique. This wild little guy is always at the parties I throw down there. He's a sort of icebreaker personality. If the crowd's feeling a little body-conscious and inhibited, Vic will flip his Speedo off before he's finished a second drink, prompting the locals and out-of-town visitors to do the same. Vic should become a professional host and give parties round-the-clock.
