Weight Loss
Posted on Monday August 23, 2010 by Pete

"Hi Pete, My question for you is about my final stretch to meeting my weight loss goal. Starting in December I decided it was time to do something about the weight I had been carrying around for years. I am 23 years old 6 ft 3 and 1/2 in and started out at a weight of 380 pounds. Since then I have lost 150 pounds. All the weight I loss was through eating clean and exercise weights and cardio. I have been overweight since the second grade and this is the thinnest I have been my entire adult life. I don't have a goal weight I have more of a image of the way I want my body to look and feel. I can tell I'm getting closer to the end and I want to know should I change my workout and diet now so I can concentrate on gaining muscle. I have heard that muscle will burn fat and I am just wondering if trying to lose all my body fat and then trying to gain muscle is better or trying to gain muscle now while still decreasing my body fat is a better idea. I have been trying to increase my protein already, trying to eat as many grams of protein as I weigh. I workout 6 days a week four days weight training and 6 days of a hour + of cardio. Do you have any suggestions? I hope this all made sense. Thank You Joe "

daniel: i forgot to add my findings in the previous comment here they are your waist is wider the size of chest just giving you an appearance of gorgeous chipped stone statue with beautiful curves and projections. Your ass is beautfuly rounded and fleshy your chest is deliciously muscled only one thing not very gorgeous is your shoulders. otherwise everything absolutely fantastic. As you have got eveything, i am not giving any importance for your face value or face shape
