Too much cardio? & Glutes and Thighs
Posted on Monday June 28, 2010 by Pete
"Hi Pete, I am 183 cms tall and wight 62 kilos. Apparently I am very slim. Ethnically I am eastern Asian. I go to the gym five or six days a week and I usually go jogging or walking in the woods on the other days. The exercise lasts roughly from 90 mins to 120 mins each day (an hour stridering and another hour weight training). I like to exhaust myself in the gym. I got clear definition of muscle but my muscle is not as big as yours or other guys' which you showed in your video. I am very slim. I want to become stronger. Is my exercise too much? But I have never felt tired. Or is it the nutrimental or genetic problem? I try to put into something every two hours. I have a lot of yogurt, oatmeals, peas, and lentils, and apart from daily recommended amount, I have two eggs a day, some meat (primarily chicken drum legs) and a lot of cheese and milk. I don't like the idea of taking whey protein. How many eggs shall I have a day? My exercise lasts more than six hours, but I only put on around 1 kilo. I got a Marathon runner's body shape. A little bit frustrating. Would you please tell me how to work out more efficiently and eat more smartly? "
"Hey Pete! I have recently started eating better and going to the gym. I was wondering if you could give me any advice about how to shed some unwanted weight from my thighs and glutes. Thanks for your help! :) -David"
