Peter Adonis: Greg - I try to avoid all of the processed fruit juices because often times they have "high fructose corn syrup" or "sugar" as the first or second ingredient. If you want true apple juice, you are better off buying the apples and juicing it, so that at least the sugar content is natural and not processed. -Peter Adonis11/11/2009
gregccc: Peter does apple juice have to much sugar to entertain on a regular basis? how does sugar effect kidneys and liver? I know its not good for teeth. Mr C11/10/2009
Peter Adonis: Kevin Scott Marcus - the best kind of cheese for someone into the fitness lifestyle is the no fat cottage cheese. This is a great snack before bedtime due to the hight amounts of casein protein that it contains. -Peter Adonis11/10/2009
Kevin Scott Marcus: Hello again, Peter: My question is about cheese and dairy products. I LOVE cheeses and milk, but have seen mixed opinions as to whether they're good or bad for you. Of course, moderation in all things is a good rule across the board, I know, but I'd like to know what you have to say about them. If there are healthy cheeses out there, I'd love to know about them.
