The Spartan Diet - Sample Day -

My client, Steven, is starting The Spartan Diet and asked me to write out a sample day of eating, so I figured I would repost the shopping list as well as a sample day. Here is the actual list:
The Spartan Diet Shopping List
Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
Ground Turkey Breast, 99% fat free
Egg Whites
Tilapia
Canned Tuna in water
Mahi Mahi
Flounder
Tofu
Buffalo
low fat cottage cheese
Black Beans
low fat cottage cheese
Black Beans
Red Beans
Soymilk
Oatmeal (unflavored)
Wheat Germ
Cinnamon
Instant Coffee
Spinach
Asparagus
Broccoli
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Dijon Mustard
Red Onion
Mushrooms
Garlic
Fresh Herbs
Mrs. Dash No Sodium Seasonings
Sample Day for The Spartan Diet
700 am:
Quaker Oats Oatmeal (unflavored), cinnamon, wheat germ, instant coffee, 1 scoop of whey protein .... mixed with either water or soy milk

cottage cheese
1230:
Grilled Chicken Breast with steamed broccoli
330:
Protein Shake
630:
Grilled Tilapia with fresh spinach topped with dijon/balsamic vinegar
If you are hungry after dinner have cottage cheese, or another protein shake.
