Peter Adonis: A.G. - I'm so glad that you are enjoying the content on the site. As far as your specific question, I do not believe it matter so much when you take the Wellness Formula. What I do personally is to take 1 to 2 every single day around 1130 am just before I have my Fage Greek Yogurt (also good for the immune system). I only take a second dosage if I start to feel that a cold is coming on; the second dosage I take around 10:00 pm.05/06/2011
A,G,: I appreciate your videos, and I respect your knowledge, Pete. That's why I keep coming back week after week to watch the next one. I never fail to learn something new and valuable. I am already taking the aminos such as L-Lysine and L-Glutamine. As a result of this week's video, I will be adding the Source Natural Wellness Formula to my regimen. I wish you would be more specific about HOW you take some of these supplements. For example, with the Wellness Formula, you mention that you take two (sometimes more) a day. Does it make any difference if you take both caps at the same time, receiving a more potent dose, or do you spread them, say one in the morning and one in the evening to get a more extended release of the nutrients?
