Super Breakfast - Oatmeal and Egg Whites

Super Breakfast

Ingredients:
1 handful of oatmeal
water
2 egg whites
cinnamon
quarter scoop of whey protein

Directions:
Add handful of oatmeal and cinnamon.  Put water unitl oats are covered.  Microwave for 3 minutes.  Add egg whites immediately and stir, so that the egg whites are cooked into the oatmeal.  Let cool for a few minutes, then add whey protein.
