"Sup Pete, I'm down another 10Lbs since we last talked in Feb, for a total of 45Lbs. Just want to say thanks again for your help and advice. I use this forum as an anchor. I know I will end up checking in eventually with you letting you know my progress, so I need to keep doing well, even when i don't feel like it. My question(s) for you are...1st super sets, your thoughts and if any pro vs cons of them and 2nd toning tactics, mainly for my arms, legs and neck area. Also I have some before and current photos I would like to share with you via personal email or if you have a Facebook. Well look forward to hearing back from you. Ttyl8r Man"

"Hey Pete, awesome website! Let's cut to the chase, I used to look like you (4% BF)and then I turned 35. I am now 42, 50 pounds overweight and highly unmotivated to train. That being said I've paid in the last 7 years a number of personnal trainers hoping that they will help me stay on target while making me accountable to my own goals. Well that have not been the experience. Most time, I feel that their understanding of their role is just to provide a passive knowledge while leaving success as a gola on the client's shoulder. Could you please give me an idea of what should I resonably expect from a trainer. Thanks in advance,"

JANCY: Now, the summer has started and it would be a good visual treat for me if you wear micro transparent swimwears of dark shades, which gives you more sex appeal, u r really hitting the heat with your body in your each and every videos. As your figure and physique is 100% exposable and no body will disagree with me
