'hi pete, you've already answered two of my Q's and they were great thank you so much for the help. I feel bad for asking you yet another Q, but here it goes, when I start exercising everything goes well but let's say 20 min into my exercise I get very drowsy I start to get realy tired and I just want to close my eyes and sleep, but when I take a shower I feel great not sleepy at all is that normal or am I just a really weird case LOL. this bothers me because I can't finish my exercises like normal person ;) Thx for everything pete, you're awesomeeee sending much love from Amsterdam Shima :)'

'Hey, Pete I know you answered a question about if cardio would break down muscle growth. I have another question. I have a heart rate monitor and i use to work out when doing cardio. I know you said that two much cardio can break down muscle growth, but if i have the heart rate monitor can I still lift weights first and do cardio afterwards for a hour and still not lose muscle if I stay in my zones of fat burning? Igor: Pete - you said you were going to wear your tightest pair of jeans in this video. What happened? You're busy so you probably just forgot. Can't wait to see!

Shima: Hey there, Thx for anwsering my Q.again, your support means alot to me, I don't always sleep well but that never keeps me from doing other thinks only when I work out, but I will def. keep your advise in mind. plus you talk about preworkout shakes is that also for women? because I don't want to look like arnold ;) if you know what I mean. I'm really scared about putting these things in my body. will it make me fat, does it have any side affects etc etc. I just Want a clean cut body (keep in mind female body)and what does these shakes do that you won't train without them? maybe a stupid Q, but I think I've already been there and done that.haha Thx again for everything. Shima
