First of all I want to thank you for the compliment, and I'm glad that it is helpful for you. I'm very excited to be doing this project. To answer your question, I generally workout at 230 in the afternoons due to my schedule. I personal train and I have my clients coming in from 4 pm to 8 pm, so I feel that if I tried to train after my clients were finished, I would be dragging energy wise and also I wouldn't get home until 10 pm after training, dinner, etc. However, I would say that you if you work a normal 9 to 5 job, try training in the evenings instead of the mornings. If I try to train in the mornings, after eating only 1 or 2 meals, I feel significantly weaker. I try to at least get in 3 meals or 2 meals/1 shake before I train. Timmy!: got a question for you pete. i am about 6 foot tall, 39 years old (40 in a month) and have ZERO time for any sort of work out routine (not to mention zero cash for a gym membership either). i weigh about 235 pounds and MOST of it is "gut" i was born with a metabolic imbalance that basically prevents my body from breaking down aspertame.. otherwise known as nutrasweet. if you look on the back of MOST sugar free items (gum, sodas, etc) he carries a specific warning for phenylketonurics (i think thats how its spelled). anyway, thats the stuff i CAN'T have.. and for themost part, my willpopwer to stop eating junk is next to non-existant.. tho i would much rather be healthier than i am now. any tips or suggestions on how to get rid of the weight/gut?Add a Comment
