We are still having some technical difficulties with the uploading of videos, so here is a recent picture.  Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Kirk: It has now been more than a month since a video update. No matter what the problem is, it doesn't take a month to fix. This tells me that this Randy Blue fitness blog is not a priority for you. Disappointing.

Igor: Hope you get your connection back soon. You don't know what you've got til it's gone and your videos are missed. I think we can all agree that it's time for another posing video in your tightest blue jeans! (not black since your lighting doesn't pick them up) Can't wait to see!
