Posted on Wednesday July 22, 2009 by Pete

Ingredients:

20 oz can of albacore tuna in water
hummus
hot sauce
black pepper
kalamata olives
hard boiled egg

whole wheat bread

Directions:

Put 20 oz of tuna into a bowl, and mash until fine with a spoon.  Add a few teaspoons of hummus to thin out the tuna.  Add the olives and hard boiled egg.  Mash into the mixture.  Add the black pepper and hot sauce.

Put hummus onto a slice of bread, add the tuna on top, and enjoy!  :-)

Peter Adonis: Einstein, I'm so glad that you enjoyed it too! I actually now prefer the taste with the hummus instead of mayo. Thanks for the comment, and I definitely will keep the recipes coming! :-) -Peter Adonis
