Breakfast of Champions
Posted on Friday April 17, 2009 by Pete

1 container of Fage 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon of oatmeal
1 tablespoon of chia seed
1 tablespoon of ground flax seed
1 tablespoon of wheat germ
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

Fat Free milk

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, and just add a bit of milk in order to thin it out.  If you add too much milk, add more protein to thicken it up.  If you didn't add enough milk to thin it out, add a bit more.

I've been eating this for breakfast for the last few months, and I can't think of a healthier way to start your day.
