Body Hair, Nitric Oxide and Workouts

"Hey Pete, my question is about body hair. I'm not extremely hairy but find small hairs pop up on my shoulders and upper back and all I can do is try to reach them with a razor. Short of waxing, do you have any tips to keep the hair away? Thanks."

"Hi my name is Justin and i just started working out again and i weigh about 190lbs at a height of 5'11. my question to you is 1) whats more effective full body or a specific body exercise? I don't want to get bulky but i want to cut the fat and reveal my muscles better. 2) how should i work my abs? Do you have any work outs that may help because traditional ab workouts on the floor is boring. Thanking you in advance"

"Hey, Pete. Any thoughts on the supplement Nitric Oxide? I keep seeing advertisements for it (specifically a product called Force factor). And I was wondering if you had any opinions on it...healthy/unhealthy...effective/unnecessary...worthwhile product or just a scam? Appreciate your thoughts. Thanks!"
