Bicep, Tricep Workout

Here is a segment that I filmed on Friday at the gym.  I really enjoy training arms together, as I truly believe that you grow from the pump.  Here are some of the exercises that you see in the routine

1.  Close Grip EZ Bar Curl

2.  Single Arm DB Preacher Curl

3.  Skullcrushers

4.  Reverse Grip Tricep Pressdown

5.  Tricep Pressdown

Frank : Hi Peter, No problem with my bicep workout, but your tricep workout helps alot.. especially the skullcrushers. I will try that tomorrow. Sorry so late - but better than never.. Thanks, Frank

Peter Adonis: Thanks Daniel. I try to let each video have 4 to 7 days as the "top spot" so that it doesn't get lost in the shuffle. With my new flip, I've been able to add more workout clips like the most recent clip. Thanks so much for supporting the blog, as it means a lot to me. -Peter
