'Hi Pete, I just started working out about 3 months ago (2-3x a week). I usually do about 35-40 min cardio and 4 different weights exercises targeting different muscle groups for each session. I have two different sets of weight exercises so I alternate between the two. I am 5'7" and weighed 168 lbs when I started. I would say I have an avg built (very little muscle, some belly fat). Now I'm 163 lbs, gained maybe a little muscle but my belly fat is still the same. For abs exercises, I usually use the abs machine and do 3 sets of 20-30 reps until about failure (I have increased from 75 lbs to 95 lbs). Lately I'm trying to do crunches using a crunch bench without weights (3 sets of 40-60 reps). Any advice on how I can improve on my workout routine or efficiency especially in losing my belly fat? I'm working on increasing the number of times I hit the gym and improving my diet. I'm eating more vegetables, fruits, and meat, while cutting down on rice, which is my main source of carbs (I'm Asian). Hopefully everything makes sense here and thanks for your help!'

george: hi peter Looking good with clothes on is easier,but i know looking good without clothes, is very hard and you will wonder the body shape vulgarity of people when they take off their clothes. I would like to look good whilst i am naked, which makes me more confident with clothes on, as well. I was always worried to take my clothes off infront of others due to my bad shape, but with your support, I helped myself to build up a good physique and now i am more confident to expose myself to anyone or a video session and thank you very much for your tips, which helped me a lot. Igor: Thanks Pete. I'm focusing and working really hard on my glutes. I'm trying to get as close to "bubble" status as possible. My goal is to fill out my favorite pair of tight jeans.
