Beginner & Low Carb Diets
Posted on Monday December 27, 2010 by Pete

Hi, I'm Alejandro. I'm 29 and I've never do any work, just sitting in the sofa. Now I'm traying to work my body, but I don't know where to start from. I've have a lot of strenth in my legs, but none in my shoulders, and fat in the low back. What can I do? I have to loss weight first, or I can do it at the same time I gain muscle? And how can I lose the fat in my low back? Thanks, I hope you can help me, but I think it's gonna be difficult.

Hey Pete, I was wondering what your thoughts were on a low carb diets for men in their early 20s who are trying to lower their body fat percentage and gain more muscle mass. Is it the healthiest choice? I feel like out of all the "diets" I have done this has been the most effective, but has made myself a little bit weaker as the weeks progress. Do you think that would be from increasing my workouts and eating less carbohydrates? Thank you so much Pete!
